This year’s theme is ‘Securing the Internet of Rail: Cybersecurity as a Fundamental Building Block for Innovation’.

As part of the conference programme, Maximilian Veenstra, Head of Cybersecurity at Bureau Veritas, will be leading a discussion on supply chain cybersecurity within the rail sector. With the increasing digitalisation of rail networks and the reliance on interconnected systems, safeguarding against cyber threats is paramount. I’ll be delving into the critical domain of supply chain cybersecurity within the rail sector, exploring the unique challenges faced by the whole rail value chain - rail operators, train manufacturers and the supply chain.

It will be a chance for those in attendance to hear how to establish compliance and best practices in supply chain management, with a focus on the upcoming mandatory regulations.

There’s still time to register for the conference online at www.cybersenate.com/rail-cyber-security.
