Award-winning sustainability assurance from Bureau Veritas

Nestlé SA’s Creating Shared Value and Meeting our Commitments 2018 Progress report won the Credibility through Assurance award in the Corporate Register Reporting Awards 2020, which is awarded for the assurance statement from an independent third party that adds most credibility to a report. It is the third time in a row that Nestlé SA, with assurance from Bureau Veritas, has won the award.  

The Bureau Veritas Sustainability team has provided independent assurance across a wide range of topics to Nestlé over a long-standing partnership, each time providing reassurance to stakeholders of the accuracy, reliability and objectivity of the reported information.

Nestlé SA’s Creating Shared Value and Meeting our Commitments 2018 Progress was also named best overall report in the awards.

“We are delighted to have offered this service to Nestlé in accordance with the AA1000 assurance standard for a number of years and of course to have received recognition for the quality of our independent assurance for Nestlé’s report from Corporate Register.”
