ANNOUNCING THE SUSTAINABILITY ACADEMY 

We are pleased to announce the selection of our top sustainability experts and graduates to participate in our Sustainability Academy. These programmes are designed to build and amplify our technical expertise in sustainability services, equipping our teams to better serve our clients and drive innovation.

From our UK operation, we have four experts to join the Sustainability Experts Programme - congratulations to Daniel Clampin, Emma Haymer, Chris Jockel and Helen Venfield. These experienced leaders will participate in a series of virtual training sessions covering key skills such as communicating with impact and thought leadership. They will also have the opportunity to mentor and share their knowledge with our graduate trainees.

Additionally, we have selected two recent sustainability graduates to be part of the Sustainability Graduate Academy - well done to Lauren Cocker and Bethan Lloyd. These bright young professionals will embark on an immersive learning journey, including a sustainability business simulation, workshops and an in-person summit. The academy will accelerate their development and build powerful networks to drive sustainability excellence across our global operations. 

These initiatives under the LEAP | 28 People pillar are critical to building a future-ready workforce and cementing our technical leadership in the sustainability services market.
