Bertrand Martin is Senior Vice President, Industry at Bureau Veritas, leading one of the Group's largest Product Lines and helping industrial clients address operational, safety, quality and sustainability challenges across multiple sectors.Since joining Bureau Veritas in 2013, Bertrand has held several senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President for Africa, Senior Vice President for South-West Europe and CEO of Bureau Veritas Exploitation France. He has led major business transformations, strengthened market presence and driven operational performance across international markets.Prior to Bureau Veritas, he held executive positions within the GDF SUEZ (now ENGIE) group, including Chief Executive Officer of Climespace and General Manager of Cofely Servicios in Spain. Recognised for his strategic leadership and operational expertise, Bertrand supports customers and teams in delivering sustainable growth and long-term value while advancing Bureau Veritas' mission of Shaping a World of Trust.

Dawn leads Bureau Veritas's Oil & Gas business from CAPEX stage through to Commissioning and then the later stages of an assets life through Late Life Operational Excellence, and ultimate Decommissioning. Her strategic oversight ensures clients navigate complex regulatory, technical, and commercial challenges at every stage.An MBA and BA (Hons) graduate with 25+ years of commercial leadership experience, Dawn has built a reputation for translating market challenges into competitive advantage. She brings proven expertise in strategy development, organisational transformation, and global team leadership.Since joining Bureau Veritas in 2015, and currently a Non-Executive Board Director for EIC, Dawn has established herself as a trusted industry voice on emerging technologies, policy shifts, and market dynamics. Her deep understanding of customer needs combined with her ability to align talent and resources with business objectives, has positioned her as a key connector between industry stakeholders, regulators, and technology innovators.

Stephan Ciniselli is Global Director Renewables at Bureau Veritas, where he leads strategic growth initiatives across offshore wind, onshore wind, solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS), supporting the delivery of the company's global renewables and energy transition ambitions.With more than 20 years of experience across renewable energy, clean technology and the wider energy sector, Stephan has worked with OEMs, utilities, consultancies, service providers and clean-tech start-ups, helping organisations scale and grow across Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Middle East. His expertise spans business growth, market development, energy transition strategy and the deployment of renewable energy projects at an international level.A recognised industry thought leader, Stephan regularly speaks and moderates at leading industry and academic events, including engagements with Harvard Business School and London Business School. He holds an MBA from IESE Business School Barcelona and an MSc in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

Sammy Tweddle is a Nuclear Engineer with 15 years' experience across UK and international civil and defence nuclear programmes. His expertise spans energy security, defence acquisition and nuclear technology development.He leads Bureau Veritas UK's Industry Technical Services Division, including support to the Hinkley Point C programme and the delivery of UKCA, UKNI and CE-accredited engineering services. Before joining Bureau Veritas, Sammy held senior engineering, safety, quality and environmental management roles within the UK Ministry of Defence on the Dreadnought SSBN programme.Sammy serves on the Advisory Board of the National Skills Academy for Nuclear (NSAN), supporting the development of nuclear skills within the UK construction sector. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Member of the Institute of Physics (MInstP), and an elected member of the Institute's Energy Group. Outside work, Sammy holds an MBA in Defence from Cranfield University and volunteers with Action Tutoring, supporting students who may not otherwise have access to private educational support.

Daniel Gonzalez is Bureau Veritas' Global Technical Advisory Lead for Hydrogen & Derivatives, bringing more than 15 years of international experience across energy and industrial infrastructure. His career spans process, instrumentation and control, safety, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, operations and strategic technical advisory. He has led multidisciplinary feasibility studies, technical due diligence, lender's technical advisory and bankability assessments for major low-carbon hydrogen, ammonia, e-fuels and renewable-energy developments worldwide. Daniel combines hands-on engineering and project-delivery experience with an understanding of investment requirements, helping developers and financial institutions translate complex technical risks into clear, decision-ready actions. His project experience includes large-scale electrolyser and ammonia schemes, performance testing, technology and vendor assessments, basis-of-design reviews, cost estimation, project monitoring, and technical-commercial due diligence across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. Before joining Bureau Veritas, Daniel held roles in business development and hydrogen strategy, technical advisory and study management, and engineering, construction and commissioning. He holds engineering qualifications from the University of Seville and is undertaking a PhD in Energy, Chemical and Environmental Engineering.

Stuart Sinclair is Energy Transition Services Delivery Manager at Bureau Veritas, bringing more than 18 years of international experience across the energy sector. His expertise spans energy transition, project delivery, strategic transformation, regulatory compliance, and commercial growth, with a strong track record of supporting complex, high-value projects from concept through to execution.Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, Stuart held senior leadership roles across the energy industry, including Business Development & Commercial Director at Scarborough Energy and Offshore Hydrogen Development Lead at Lhyfe. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives involving capital raising, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, governance, and stakeholder engagement, while managing multidisciplinary teams in high-risk operational environments.Combining technical knowledge with commercial insight, Stuart is passionate about enabling organisations to navigate the challenges and opportunities associated with the energy transition. He holds an Executive MBA, an MSc in Process Safety & Loss Prevention, and a BSc in Environmental Science. Stuart is also a member of the Institute of Directors and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Fuellers.
