Lee Bui

Lee Bui, Principal Fire Engineer

I am a principal fire engineer leading Bureau Veritas’ London office, part of a close-knit Fire Safety Engineering team with partner offices in Manchester, Bristol and Dublin.

As fire engineers, we use our knowledge of the building regulations and engineering principles to help clients build safe, compliant and commercially valuable buildings. My role largely consists of reviewing engineering reports, distribution of work, management of client relationships, developing business opportunities and providing technical support to team members on more complicated schemes.

Michael Kenyon

Michael Kenyon, Electrical Technical Lead

I am technical lead for the electrical discipline, which involves overall responsibility for technical governance for all electrical activities in BV UK. This includes:

  • Competency management of over 60 engineers  
  • Defining the training and supervision requirements for different testing and inspection activities
  • Developing new service lines
  • Developing and maintaining technical inspection procedures
  • Assisting business unit and clients with technical enquiries and queries
  • Assisting key accounts with technical lead account management
  • Assisting our bid team and sales to help secure new clients
