DELIVERING BUILDING CONTROL SERVICES

Building Regulations in the UK are complex and with new legislation comes new regulations. Keeping up with the latest requirements can be a difficult and time-consuming task for any construction company.

Under the Building Safety Act 2022, Approved Inspectors were required to become a Registered Building Control Approver by 6th April 2024. Following a rigorous audit and application process, Bureau Veritas was successful in our application, valid until 5th April 2029. This means we can provide Building Control services on all building work, including continuing to deliver the building control function for higher-risk building work under applicable regulations.

For our clients, this approval gives confidence that all of our surveyors/inspectors have registered with the Building Safety Regulator at the appropriate class - and can continue to deliver the highest level of service.
