CLIENT CHALLENGE

Stansted Airport, one of the busiest airports in the UK, identified an opportunity to enhance compliance standards across its retail outlets and partner facilities. As a forward-thinking organisation committed to excellence, Stansted proactively sought a robust solution to drive improvements in health, safety, and fire standards compliance among its partners.

Initial assessments revealed that there was significant room for optimisation and improvement, with a large proportion of partners not meeting the airport's stringent standards in the first year of the programme.

Recognising this as an opportunity for growth rather than a setback, Stansted Airport aimed to implement a strategy that would not only improve compliance rates but also foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness among all partners.

The airport required a solution that could swiftly identify areas for enhancement, address potential issues, and align all partners with both legal requirements and MAG's (Manchester Airports Group) high internal standards. This proactive approach demonstrated Stansted's dedication to maintaining its reputation for operational excellence and its commitment to providing a safe, efficient environment for passengers, staff, and stakeholders.
