Sales and Key Accounts Careers

Bureau Veritas manages an enviable client portfolio, working with household names across a wide range of vertical sectors, from oil and gas, to retail, food, power and utilities and insurance. To support our major clients and our ambitious growth strategy, we have developed dedicated key account and sales teams, including embedded staff where applicable. This enables us to deliver the best possible service, with greater visibility of client operations and quicker response times when needed, as well as using key business development skills to acquire new accounts whilst growing others.

As part of this approach, and to support our continued successful growth programme, we are constantly looking for ambitious, commercially-driven business development managers with experience of offering compliance related services to the following sectors:

  • Aerospace
  • Automotive 
  • Construction and real estate
  • Engineering services
  • Food
  • Governments and public sector organisations
  • Oil and gas
  • Retail
  • Transport and infrastructure 
  • Certification
  • Health and safety services, including asbestos and legionella

What do the roles involve?

We’re looking for individuals who can build successful client relationships to ensure an effective partnership approach. These roles will enable you to get right to the heart of the client’s organisation, whilst supporting the Bureau Veritas business by exceeding client expectations and identifying commercial opportunities.

You would be expected to work closely with Bureau Veritas colleagues, including planning, operational and technical colleagues, to ensure continued delivery of service excellence.

What does it take to apply?

As we continue to meet key milestones in our ambitious strategic growth programme, we are looking for candidates who can bring comprehensive understanding and experience of testing, inspection and certification services in our key vertical sectors.

For Sales and Business Development Roles:

You must have experience managing a territory, attention to detail, strong written and verbal presentation skills – together with the technical sales - contributing towards operating profit / growth of key accounts and involvement in bids/tenders with strong personal skills needed to deliver excellence within our unique partnership approach.

For Key Accounts roles:

You must have confidence leading a team (for management roles), attention to detail, strong written and verbal presentation as well as experience of Key Account management with strong personal skills needed to deliver excellence within our unique partnership approach.
