JOIN BUREAU VERITAS AT GLOBAL OFFSHORE WIND EVENT ON 21-22 JUNE

Bureau Veritas experts will be once again exhibiting at the Renewable UK Global Offshore Wind event, showcasing our wide range of services for the offshore wind sector.

This year’s event will be held in Manchester on 21 and 22 June, exploring the role of offshore wind the world’s future energy security strategy. Around 4,000 people from more than 40 countries are expected to visit the event, which includes an Innovation Theatre, Energy Transition Zone and 200 conference speakers alongside the exhibition, bulletins, and demonstrations.

Join us on Stand 102 where our experts from across our specialist Power & Utilities, Marine and Offshore teams will be showcasing our global leading testing, inspection, certification, marine warranty, and owner’s engineering services for offshore wind, through all stages of the project lifecycle. Our solutions cover certification, design and permitting, procurement, construction, asset operation and asset management – helping to reduce risk, drive efficiency and ensure compliance for low carbon energy stakeholders.

A cyber security expert from Secura, a Bureau Veritas company, will also be on hand with live demonstrations of the innovative Hack Box, providing offshore wind developers and operators with insight into the IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) cybersecurity risks of wind farms.

And Matt Knight, Senior Wind Consultant at Bureau Veritas UK & Ireland, will be speaking in the show’s Energy Transmission Zone on Tuesday, 21st June. His presentation is titled ‘Taking Floating Offshore Wind to New Markets: Lessons from Barbados’.
