Summary

BRC global standard for food safety covers the manufacture of processed foods, ingredients and the preparation of primary products. The standard covers due diligence requirements for quality and food safety based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.

BRC global standard for packaging and packaging materials covers quality, hazard and risk management, hygiene and functionality of packaging and packaging materials. BRC global standard for storage and distribution has modules which cover storage, distribution, wholesale and contracted services. The standard includes hazard and risk management, quality and operational control.
